ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS

By purchasing a ticket to Junkyard Jouvert, you agree to the following strict ticketing and refund policy:

1. No Refunds, No Exceptions

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Changes in your schedule or inability to attend

    • Weather conditions

    • Illness, injury, or travel disruptions

    • Personal conflicts or emergencies

    • Being denied entry for failure to meet event requirements (e.g., age restrictions)

🚨If you are under 21 and purchase a ticket, you will not be admitted, and no refund will be issued.

2. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

🚫 Disputing a valid ticket purchase ("chargeback") will result in an automatic ban from ALL future Foreigner events.

  • Junkyard Jouvert tracks all chargeback attempts and reports fraudulent claims.

  • If a chargeback is filed, your name and email will be blacklisted from purchasing tickets to any future Foreigner events, including but not limited to:

    • Junkyard Jouvert

    • Roadblock NGHTMRKT

    • Hyfen Retreats

    • Intercontinental Sound System

    • Any other events produced by Foreigner

⚠️ If you mistakenly dispute a charge, you must resolve it with your bank immediately to avoid being banned from future events.

3. Ticket Transfers & Event Credits

While refunds are not available, we offer the following options:

✅ Ticket Transfers:

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.

  • Transfers must be completed via our official ticketing platform (Posh.vip) or by contacting support at least 48 hours before the event.

  • The person receiving the transferred ticket must meet all event requirements (e.g., age restrictions).

✅ Event Credit:

  • If you can no longer attend, you may request credit toward a future Foreigner event.

  • Credit requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

  • Credits are valid for up to 12 months and can be used for any eligible Foreigner event.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.

4. Resale & Third-Party Purchases

⚠️ Junkyard Jouvert is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party resellers.

  • We only recognize tickets purchased through official Foreigner ticketing channels.

  • If you purchase from an unauthorized seller, we cannot guarantee entry or assist with ticket issues.

5. Event Entry & Compliance

  • A valid government-issued ID (21+) is required for entry.

  • Junkyard Jouvert reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not comply with event policies, including those who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

  • Any attendee removed from the event for violating policies or engaging in misconduct will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.

6. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and ticketing policy. This policy is legally binding, and Junkyard Jouvert reserves the right to enforce these terms strictly.
